MAHA Ohio will continue to collaborate with Yale to engage the residents and ensure their feedback is being included in the research. We will be surveying local residents about where they feel researchers should be looking for concerns related to the drinking water.

Elizabeth Frost of MAHA Ohio, John Klar of MAHA Action, Dr. Nicole Deziel of Yale School of Public Health, and regenerative farmer located six miles from the derailment site will be appearing on the Why Should I Trust You? Podcast on Thursday, October 30.

HB 12 (Jeff, Dave, and Angie Patient Right to Try Act)

MAHA Ohio leadership recently met with Rep. Barhorst (co-chair of the MAHA Caucus) and Rep. Sweringen (co-sponsor of HB12) to discuss the bill and its current roadblocks. As of now, we are still waiting for the Ohio Speaker of the House Rep. Huffman to bring HB12 to a vote. The MAHA Caucus is confident they have the votes to advance the bill to the State Senate but need cooperation from the Speaker to do so.

We want to hear from you! Please take a moment to complete our brief HB12 Support Petition to help MAHA Ohio and the MAHA Caucus demonstrate strong public backing for this legislation.

It’s a great day to Make Ohio Healthy Again!
